Curved Stairlifts.

Curved stairlifts or chair lifts are more complicated to install than a typical straight stairlift as they are bespoke to a particular staircase.

Curve stairlifts can now be fitted on the internal side of the curved staircase as well as the external side giving greater scope for all stair users to manage the stairs without any interference from a stairlift installation.

Curved stairlifts cannot be rented because of the costs involved.

All stairlifts consist of the normal safety features,

  • Safety sensors
  • Swivel seat
  • Call-send devices
  • D.C. powered
  • Seat belt
  • Over-speed governor

There are also additional extras available that can include,

  • Powered swivel seat
  • Powered footrest raiser
  • Powered or manual hinged tracks
  • Parking bends
  • Track over-runs
  • Choice of colour
Remember all of our approved suppliers offer a fast survey and installation service for all straight and curved stairlifts these are allways inclusive of a minimum 12 month warranty even if you buy a reconditioned stairlift.
