- Approved suppliers and manufacturers must respond quickly to an enquiry
- Approved suppliers and manufacturers must provide a 12 month warranty (This should apply to new and reconditioned stairlifts)
- Approved suppliers and manufacturers should have a fair price policy
- Approved suppliers and manufacturers should not employ hard sales tactics
- Approved suppliers and manufacturers must be able to provide suitable ongoing servicing and breakdown cover if required
